1. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content hosted on this website, including cinematic reels, original soundtracks, scripts, and production stills, is the exclusive property of Gloria Films. Users are granted a limited license to view materials for portfolio evaluation. Any unauthorized reproduction, "ripping," or commercial use of our cinematography is a violation of international copyright law.

2. Production Engagement

Engaging Gloria Films for production services (Commercial, Documentary, or Narrative) requires a signed production agreement. These digital terms serve as a baseline for conduct. We reserve the right to cease production if safety protocols are ignored or if the creative direction deviates significantly from the agreed-upon treatment without prior consultation.

3. User Conduct

Users must not attempt to bypass any video security measures or use automated "bots" to scrape our portfolio data. Any attempt to interfere with the site's performance will result in a permanent IP ban from our studio's digital assets.
